How To Watch the Virtual Performance

A viewing link will be shared with all who purchased streaming tickets. For those who would like closed captions, your ticketing information will include an email address, upon emailing you will be sent instructions on how to view the captioned version of the performance.

​How to Watch the Show

You can watch the livestream via the web on your desktop computer, laptop, or mobile device by logging into your Mandolin account on watch.mandolin.com. Here’s what you need to know:

Step 1: Create Your Mandolin Account

After you purchase a ticket, you will receive an email with a sign-up link to create your account at watch.mandolin.com. 

 

Please note: you will need to create your Mandolin account using the same email address you used to purchase your ticket.

Once you’ve created your account, you will see your St. Patrick's Day Celtic Sojourn show(s) in the “My Shows” section of your account. 

Step 2: Access Your Livestream

On the day of the show, go to watch.mandolin.com on the device that you’ll be watching the livestream on, and sign in to your Mandolin account. Once you’ve signed in, click the “ENTER SHOW” button on the St. Patrick's Day Celtic Sojourn show at the scheduled concert time to open up the livestream, then click “START THE SHOW”. 

You can view the show on your TV by casting to your TV with devices such as Apple TV, Apple Airplay, and/or Google Chromecast. For instructions, follow this link: https://mandolin.drift.help/article/watching-on-your-tv/.

Step 3: Enjoy the Music!

Sit back and relax on the best seat in your house, and enjoy an incredible live performance! During the show, you’ll have the option to view the livestream on full-screen, or you can view the livestream while also interacting with other fans in the show’s chat.

FAQs

If I can't watch at exactly the time I bought passes for, can I watch on-demand? 

Yes.  The program will be available on-demand for each pass purchased, from the date and time of the show purchased thru March 26th.   

Do you require one streaming code/pass per person, or is it one event code/pass per household?

If watching together on the same device, only one streaming code/pass is required. If multiple devices or other households are needed, multiple tickets can be purchased for St. Patrick’s Day Celtic Sojourn and transferred to loved ones.

​How can I test that my system is working?

We will begin the broadcast/stream on time.  However, we will broadcast some slides and music for about 7 minutes before the actual stream.  This will ensure you have the time to make all necessary adjustments well in advance. 

I've lost the email with my access link. Can you resend it?

Yes, .  They will resend.  Please email help@mandolin.com.
